Asharqia Chamber sends you its warmest regards and informs you of receiving letter No. (1082) dated (13/3/1445H) from the General Authority for Real Estate, regarding the Mulaisa Cooperative Lands (Sultana Al-Bahr, New Jeddah, Amwaj Plan, Mulaisa 3), which is under consideration by the Real Estate Cooperatives Committee.
In accordance with the Council of Ministers' decision No. (130) dated (7/5/1429H) to form the Real Estate Cooperatives Committee, and decision No. (48) dated (14/2/1430H) approving the working mechanism of the Real Estate Cooperatives Committee, and decision No. (297) dated (13/7/1435H) amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Cooperatives Committee, and considering that the committee is in the process of selling the cooperative land.
